How to receive your continuing education credits

The 31st annual International Trauma Conference is proud to offer continuing education hours.

APA has approved The Trauma Research Foundation to offer a maximum total of 20 Continuing Education credits when the program is attended in its entirety: (Thursday, 7 CE credits; Friday, 6.5 CE credits; Saturday, 6.5 CE credits).

AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION / (APA)covers all Psychologists in the US. = Not all states require CE for Psychologists.

Important information regarding continuing education credits: attendees who do not attend live will be awarded continuing education credits upon completion of the programing evaluation and must obtain 70% overall or better on test questions related to each lecture.

Maryland Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Maryland Psychological Association maintains responsibility for this program and its content.


Counselors/National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). Trauma-Informed Practices and Expressive Arts Therapy Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6557. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC are clearly identified. Trauma-Informed Practices and Expressive Arts Therapy Institute is responsible for all aspects of the programs.
