1. How do I access the conference?
The entire conference will be live streamed to your account through the Trauma Research Foundation website. On the day of the conference, please follow the instructions below to access the conference:

Please access and complete the Password Recovery Form to receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
3. I never made an account through the TRF site.
Everyone who registered for the conference was set up with an account as part of registration. Please use the email address you entered when you registered for the conference. You can reset your password by following the steps listed in question #2 above.

5. How do I receive CE credit for this conference?
If Attending Live:
Due to APA regulation, we are not able to award live event CE credit to attendees who are more than 10 minutes late or leave more than 10 minutes early. If you must attend late or leave early, please follow the steps below to receive your CE credit.
If Viewing the Recording
Please note, CEs are packaged by day and are not available individually for each workshop. To receive CE credit, you must either be present for the entire day and complete the day's evaluations, or complete the quizzes and course evaluations for the entire day’s courses.
6. Where can I access my CE credits?
Your CE credits will be accessible in your TRF account page. During and after the conference, there will be a tab on the left menu of your account page labeled "CE Credit". From this portal, you will be able to fill out evaluations, take home study tests, and view your CE certificates.
7. How do I register a group for the conference?
Please contact [email protected] and provide the first name, last name, and email for each participant in your group. Please also include your phone number. We will email you a group invoice.
8. If I cannot attend the full conference, can I watch it later?
Yes, the recorded portions of the conference will be viewable in your Trauma Research Foundation account for 30 days. Please note due to strict recording rules, session #6 will only be available for viewing for the duration of the conference.

All times on the schedule are in Eastern Time.
10. I cannot make the conference at the scheduled time. Is the conference viewable at a different time?
Yes, the recorded portions of the conference will be viewable in your Trauma Research Foundation account until June 29, 2020.
11. Are continuing education credits offered?
Yes, CE credit will be available for both the live conference and the recorded version. See here for more details.
12. Is there a scholarship to the conference?
Scholarship applications have been closed as of May 18, 2020. The Trauma Research Foundation is pleased to have awarded over 1,000 scholarships for this conference.
13. How do I make a donation to support the conference scholarship program?
Trauma Research Foundation has a scholarship program to assist those who would like to attend the conference but need assistance. Your donation will be matched by the Trauma Research Foundation and we will notify the student on May 18th. When you check out, you can add any amount you would like to donate or you can make a donation here.
14. Are there opportunities to volunteer for the conference?
Due to the online nature of the conference, we are not able to offer any volunteer opportunities. Please see the scholarship program above for details on assistance
15. What is the cancellation policy?
The Trauma Research Foundation will honor cancellation requests submitted by email until May 20th, 2020. There will be a $75 administrative fee subtracted from all refunds.
